Client -to-Server communications relies on OpenSSL for security. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a standard for secure communication and is used by banks and other institutions on the Internet.

SSL provides secure communication by validating ID's and then encrypting the transfer using AES 128 BIT per session.
