Symantec Antivirus false positive alarm

Symantec Antivirus treat AppGate application as a virus or Trojan.
This is false positive alarm and can be ignored, however there are other steps that can be taken to either get rid of the alarm message or to make sure that AppGate application has not been tampered
  1. Run SHA256 checksum against the application that has been reported as a virus and compare it with the same application that is on other machines or server or contact Cryptzone support team to provide you with checksum value, if the value is matched then the application is clean and intact. Then you can add the application as trusted to get rid of the false positive alarm message.

The above steps are applicable on any other Antivirus vendors.
